My concluding thoughts.

Welcome,

To say the least, I was thrilled with my first attempt at animal communication. Obviously, I had picked up on some good information which was verified by the animal’s owner and I was encouraged that maybe I really could do this. It gave me the confidence that there was both something to telepathic animal communication and that I had some ability to receive telepathic information.

Subsequently, I was encouraged to continue exploring and practicing this skill. And, thankfully, my friends let me practice with their animals when I got home. Even being very much of an amateur, these beautiful animals have taught me a great deal and I will enjoy sharing my beginning experiences with you. I have experienced their feelings and understandings and sometimes very powerfully. So much so, that they have made quite an impression on me.

Following my teacher’s advice, I started keeping a log. It is very important to do because, once you get into an opened state of receptivity, you are moving into an altered state. Information does come but, once you come back into ‘the now’, it can quickly drift out of your awareness. It is similiar to having a dream and then waking up to start your day. If you consciously focus on your dream, you can remember a great deal of it or at least parts of it. In contrast, if you don’t focus on what just happened in your dream, it can easily drift out of your awarenss. The same is true when receiving telepathic information. We need to pay attention to what comes and make a mental note otherwise it is lost.

The poodle’s touching revelation.

Welcome,

The last bit of information communicated by the poodle to me brought a strong emotional response from the pet’s owner. Tears swelled in the woman’s eyes when I told her that her poodle had told me that the first four years of her life were rough, that she was not treated well, but that it was now great.

The woman, feeling the emotion and anquish of the truth of this statement, told us that her dog, the poodle’s mother, had given birth to a litter. She then had given this one away to what she thought was a good home. It turned out to be a poor place and it took her four years to get the poodle back. She was feeling the emotion of the truth of my information about this situation. And, I was moved too. It was quite a powerful confirming first experience of telepathic animal communication.

Finally, when I asked the poodle if there was anything she wanted her person to know, the words “I love her very much!!!” came up and I felt the dog’s intense emotional feeling in my body. The woman was also touched by this message and regained her composure. She knew she had done all she could as quickly as she could and the poodle was now safely in her home. They had developed a close relationship as you can well imagine.

What we learned from our animals.

Tip 14: New experiences can broaden our vision.

Welcome,

Again, just to let you know, I will keep posting Regal’s video at the top of each entry. It simply makes it more visible and accessible. Now, to continue with my first animal communication story.

After our telepathic sessions with our animals in the workshop, each of us then shared what we had learned from them. As  we went around the circle and, as each classmate shared, I marveled at the information that was received and that the owner’s confirmed much of what was shared. Not all, but much of the information was accurate.

During this process of hearing what good information others had picked up, I remember feeling quite inadequate and was questioning how much that I had gotten was for real. Everyone else seemed to be so right on. When my turn finally came, I was amazed that I, too, had picked up on some accurate information and more then I had given myself credit for. It was a surprise, quite amazing, and a big relief.

I will share five things that stand out in my memory, three of which made quite an impression on me due to my poodle’s owner’s emotional response to my information.

The first two were rather benign. The poodle did eat out of the silver round dish, not green, and the house was white although, in reality, it did have a brick bottom half.

The poodle did sleep with mom on a big, double bed with a green bedspread. I remember the look of recognition on the pet owner’s face when I said this. She was touched and very attentive to what I was saying.

Regal’s video

Welcome,

I just wanted to make a comment about Regal’s video which will continue to be posted here along with my other entries on animal communication.

Two things are going on simultaneously where my writing cat stories and my various blogs are concerned. My Regal book was published last August and this wonderful video is an extension of this creative process. I offer it here because the video has an important message concerning our animals. While not being a specific example of telepathic animal communication, it contains the message that became crystal clear to me as I wrote Regal’s story. It is an important message especially at this time when our world is becoming more conscious and that needs to include a deepening awareness about our animal friends. Obviously, this is very important to me and I want to share this video with others in support of raising awareness. So, please enjoy this video and let others know about it too.

Secondly, I will be continuing on with my discussion and sharing about animal communication. While spending most of my time writing and marketing my book on Regal, I do continue to have experiences of communication with my new cat, Tux, and will continue to share about animal communication.

I would love to hear how the video touches you!

Blessings, Linda

Setting your intention

Setting your intention.
Tip 6: Hold in your consciousness the image of the animal you wish to contact.Welcome!

After getting relaxed and centered, the second step in animal communication is to set your intention. Mentally set your intention to communicate with a particular animal. One way to do that is to hold the image of the animal you wish to contact in your consciousness. Then initiate your communication by sending a mental message to that particular animal, identifying yourself, and, if need be, letting the animal know why you would like to talk to them.

Set the stage in other words. Ask the animal if they would be willing to talk with you. If you are able to make contact and the animal agrees to talk, the communication starts. This is all done silently in one’s mind. It’s like having a silent, clear communication. You sink deep inside and speak and listen from your heart. What is most important is that you become a really good listener. I’ll talk about that in my next blog.

When I consciously started to contact Regal telepathically after taking my first class in animal communication, I remember the scene very clearly. I had come home from the workshop and was feeling the fatigue after a long and engaging weekend of learning. After settling back into my house, I sat down in my comfortable lounging chair in the rec room. I put my feet up and started listening to the tape by Penelope Smith called “Animal Death: A Spiritual Journey.” Mary Getten, an animal communicator and the workshop presenter, knew that I had recently lost Regal and she felt that this particular tape would be especially beneficial to me.

To say the least, it was. Listening to this tape was a wonderful follow-up to the workshop because it gave me an opportunity to practice all that I had learned. It also gave me a deep insight into animal spirituality and it opened me to an opportunity of a lifetime—having a profound communication with my Regal Cat a month after her passing. This insightful conversation is contained in the Epilogue of my book, Regal: An Intimate View of One Magnificent Feline. Considering the delight of the entire book, I will refrain from sharing that conversation now. I just wouldn’t want to take away from the total impact of the book.

Tip 2 - There are things we don’t know. Keep open.

Author of Regal: An Intimate View of One Magnificent FelineMy First Animal Communication Workshop Tip 2: There are things we don’t know. Keep open.

Welcome!

In May of 2006, Mary Getten, an animal communicator from Orcas Island, offered a workshop on animal communication in Olympia, Washington. She taught us about telepathic animal communication, a skill that is natural and more available to us when we were little children. It seems as we grow up, we lose this ability as we became more rational – more left brained than right brained.

Mary taught us about the key points of telepathic communication. As a base for understanding, it is important for us to know that whenever we think a thought, the energy of that thought radiates out from our minds into our environment and into the universe. As the energy of our thoughts emanates out from our minds, our directed thought energy often enters the consciousness of the person we are thinking about. As we focus a thought and send it to a particular person or animal, they will often be able to pick up on it or, at least, be affected by it in some way.

As a result of this dynamic, distance is not an issue in telepathic communication. This is why Jasmine, my initial animal communicator, could be talking with Regal telepathically and to me on the phone from Maine – all the way across the country.

I’ve had experiences of this in the past that have assured me of this and I bet you have too. I can think of many times when I would think about my cousin in Michigan only to have her call a moment later. The reverse would also happen. She would be thinking of me and I would call her. Haven’t you noticed that too?

Welcome and Purpose

Welcome!

A little over two years ago, I had the good fortune to be introduced into the field of telepathic animal communication. Coping with my Regal Cat’s dramatic decline in health due to her kidney failure and knowing her time was nearing, a friend told me about an animal communicator. She felt this person might be able to give me some insight into Regal’s situation and bring me comfort in some way.

Although I was not familiar with the field of animal communication, I felt that, if a session would help Regal or me in some way, I was willing to give it a try. Following up on this lead, I did arrange for a session with Jasmine Indra, an animal communicator, who lives in Maine. This session, from all the way across the United States, proved to be so powerful and helpful to me that, it not only helped me in the moment, but also spurred my interest into this field of communication. A!
month after Regal’s passage, I took my first animal communication workshop.

My intention for these upcoming blogs is to share some things that I have learned in my first workshop on animal communication and then to share some of my first animal communication experiences. Some are very interesting and have been verified by the animal’s person. I certainly have been touched by what I have learned and hope that these stories will contribute to a heightened awareness of the depth and dignity of our animal friends!

As we explore the area of animal stories, I also invite your stories that reveal your experiences of your animal friends and their feelings. Let’s awaken to a deeper awareness where our animals are concerned.
